Apple and Scallion Sausage Patties
pork, apple, scallions, egg, honey, sage
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 egg, beaten
4 -5 scallions, finely chopped
1 large tart apple, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons ground sage
1 tablespoon honey
Directions for Apple and Scallion Sausage Patties Recipe
In a large bowl, with clean hands, mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into 3/4" thick patties.
In a skillet over moderate heat, cook sausage patties until center is no longer pink.
