Cherry Pie Filling Bread
pie filling, flour, sugar, pecans, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions for Cherry Pie Filling Bread Recipe
Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture.
Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
