Steaks With Crunchy Salsa
steak, tomatoes, onion, hot pepper, jalapeno, garlic, cumin
Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs steak fillets
1 small red hot pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup French dressing, oil free
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions for Steaks With Crunchy Salsa Recipe
Combine hot peppers thru garlic and mix well.
Cook beef on oiled grill plate or BBQ until browned on both sides and cooked as desired.
Serve beef with salsa.
