Crock Pot Pork Roast and Sauerkraut
pork, sauerkraut, brown sugar, soup
Ingredients
2 lbs pork roast
1 (27 ounce) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
Directions for Crock Pot Pork Roast and Sauerkraut Recipe
Place pork roast in crock pot.
Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
Pour the water over everything.
Cook on low for 24 hours.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
