4 lamb loin chops
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons crushed peppercorns
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
