Sue B's Chocolate Cake
sugar, flour, buttermilk, canola oil, eggs, cocoa powder, baking soda, vanilla
Ingredients
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup canola oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
Directions for Sue B's Chocolate Cake Recipe
Mix cocoa and boiling water.
Mix buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix dry ingredients into buttermilk/oil mixture.
Mix in cocoa.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in two greased and floured and parchment lined 9-inch round pans.
Bake until tester comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes.
