- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or equiv. fresh)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (or equiv fresh)
- 1 -2 teaspoon dried parsley (or equiv. fresh)
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons water
