• 1/2 cup roasted red pepper
• 2 garlic cloves

• 6 sun-dried tomatoes, reconstituted and diced small

• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 ounces feta, crumbled
• 8 ounces aged cheddar cheese, grated
